HARD MANS HAND

Lyrics

Why does it seem like, Women these days
You treat them nicely, they go their own separate way.
Why do these women need such a Hard Man's Hand.

I've seen him whack her right in the face.
O. J. he slapped her all over the place.
Why do these women, need such a Hard Man's Hand.

Take em' out for dinner wine an dine em' right.
Go back to the bedroom and she wants to fight. Spending all your money, feelin' like a clown,
Only time she's happy is when your goin' down, down, down.

Why do these women, need such a Hard Man's Hand.
Strength ain't no cupid, I'm no superman,
I don't beat my women to prove that I'm a man.

Why do these women need such a Hard Man's Hand.

Johnny’s Review of Hard Man's Hand

That was Hard Man's Hand by bcinbergen with Secret Agents: The Band. I've got to say, I love this song! I think it's a great song. In Louisiana they call this ‘Swamp Pop’. It's got that 12/8 feel to it. You talk about politically incorrect! I think it definitely is politically incorrect--which I like. I think the message of it should be taken tongue-in-cheek. It reminds me of the old blues songs and sounds like one. The band plays good, nice harp in there. Shoot, I think ya'll got something. You're going to have trouble getting any airplay because of the subject matter, but I think every man has at least probably thought about that at one time. It seems like the bad guys get the girls, or whatever. Anyway, I hope ya'll do well. I'd love to hear the band sometime.
